About risks, challenges and problems

During our project "LVS Air Search," we faced a series of challenges that pushed us to the limits of our skills and decision-making. One of the toughest obstacles, until now, was fixing the issue with the drone ESCs, which took an entire month of trial and error to resolve. On top of that, we were unsure if the motors would interfere with the signal from the LVS module, a risk that kept us on edge throughout development. Perhaps the most nerve-wracking moment, though, was flying our drone autonomously for the first time. A single crash could have spelled the end of the entire project, but taking that risk was unavoidable.

Beyond the technical hurdles, we learned some invaluable lessons about project planning. One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of smarter task distribution. At times, two of us were stuck on the same problem, causing progress to grind to a halt. We quickly realized that dividing responsibilities more effectively could keep the project moving, even when bottlenecks arose. These experiences not only improved our teamwork but also reinforced the value of flexibility, quick thinking, and calculated risk-taking in achieving our goals.
